How does Juneau Design Studio work? I'm used to choosing from pre-designed options.
At Juneau Design Studio, LLC we understand how important and unique each client's needs are. Therefore we custom design each and every product to reflect your particular vision. We strive to help you create a brand or identity for your event, whether it's a lavish wedding or a low key party for your child's first birthday.
Can I choose a design from one of your galleries posted on this website?
The reason why most of our clients choose to work with us is the unique, one of a kind product they receive. This is truly what sets us apart from other stationery companies. With that said, we can duplicate a similar "feel" of a previous design, but unfortunately we can't make an exact copy of previous work. However, we will do everything in our power to create a jaw-dropping design that will wow your guests. In the end, you will be so glad to have a unique product that no one else has!
I don't see a price list, what can I expect to pay for your products?
Again, we create custom stationery for every client, so you can expect to pay a little more for our specialized service. However, our prices are still quite competitive with other major stationers. What we don't do is nickel and dime our clients! There are no hidden fees! What you see on the quote is what you will pay. Almost everything is included in the price: the design, the paper and the cutting.
Additionally, we have customer referral program in place as well as a frequent purchase program. So the more friends your refer and the more products you buy the better deals you will get!
But I need my invites next week, is that possible with a custom design?
At Juneau Design Studio, LLC we understand that life can throw unexpected curve balls so we will do everything we can to rush your product out the door. However, we will not compromise the end product. Therefore, we will let you know up front if we can meet your timeline. A normal turn around time is 2 sometimes 3 weeks, but depending on the current workflow we may be able to accommodate something faster. Please specify this up front when you contact us. There will be a nominal rush fee for any work needed in less than two weeks, but it will be stated on your quote very clearly so there are no surprises!
What are my choices? I'd like something different like metallic or translucent papers, or maybe even a bright bold envelope.
That's the beauty of a custom design, the options are endless! We use only the best papers and inks. Most clients choose to stick with the simple elegance of white or ivory papers with either a smooth or linen finish. These papers are certainly the most affordable, but we also offer specialty papers and envelopes. The sky is the limit and we are committed to working with each and every client to produce a beautiful product that fulfills your vision.
I'm not really interested in invitations right now, but I really need some marketing materials for my business. Does Juneau Design Studio take on corporate clients?
Absolutely, the majority of our business does come from individuals seeking an elegant option for their personal events. However, Juneau Design Studio also has the experience, speed and attention to detail that it takes to create equally beautiful and effective corporate designs. Whether your business is just starting up and in need of a branding, or an established business looking for marketing solutions, JDS is ready to help! The timelines mentioned above for invitation turn-around's don't apply to corporate design. Corporate design timelines will also vary, but run on a different schedule.
